Dentro de lo que el propio Departamento denomina diálogo abierto de movilidad, el Ministerio de Transportes, Movilidad y Agenda Urbana ha recibido 16 propuestas de mejora dentro del laboratorioo de ideas abierto sobre la distribución urbana de mercancías.
Así pues, el Ministerio se ha comprometido a que todas ellas se tengan en cuenta para evolucionar el Documento para el Debate de la Estrategia de Movilidad Segura, Sostenible y Conectada, en lo que respecta a la logística urbana
En concreto, la propuesta que ha contado con una mayor aceptación es la relacionada con elrefuerzo de lo que se denomina ‘smart delivery’ a través de iniciativas como la implantación de hubs urbanos, vehículos eléctricos y otras medidas de eficiencia como el reparto nocturno.
Tras ella, también destaca la necesidad de incrementar el uso de buzones, taquillas y redes de puntos de conveniencia para el reparto de paquetería, con el fin de reemplazar el grueso de los envíos domiciliarios.
A continuación, las ideas también se centran evitar las dobles entregas, incentivar el uso de vehículos eléctricos en zonas con alta contaminación atmosférica, desarrollar centros urbanos multimodales y multiproducto, utilizar las redes de metro y cercancías para realizar la distribución urbana y, por último, aprovechar las sinergias existentes entre los diferentes actores de la cadena de suministro para hacer el reparto de última milla más sostenible por medio de la colaboración.
