La Junta de Andalucía ha convocado para principios de año un nuevo examen oficial para la obtención del título de competencia profesional para ser transportista, aprovechando la sentencia del Tribunal Supremo que elimina el requisito de antigüedad del vehículo para acceder al sector, facilitando así su entrada. Los aspirantes podrán formarse a través de un curso preparatorio de laEscuela del Transporte, en modalidad on line para permitir mayor flexibilidad al alumno y eliminar el riesgo de contagio.
A principios del pasado mes de Noviembre entró en vigor la sentencia del Tribunal Supremo que elimina la exigencia de una antigüedad máxima de cinco meses para la obtención de la autorización de transporte para quienes pretenden acceder por primera vez al sector del transporte pesado con vehículos de más de 3.5 tns de MMA. En consecuencia, el único requisito que queda en la actualidad es el de la obtención del título de competencia profesional para ser transportista, tras la superación del correspondiente examen que periódicamente convocan las Comunidades Autónomas, para lo que se precisa que el aspirante posea al menos el Título de Bachiller o FP de grado medio.
Pese a que las asociaciones de transportistas confían que el Ministerio de Transportes restablezca algún requisito adicional para regular el acceso, sin embargo, algunas Comunidades Autónomas ya se han apresurado a publicar las convocatorias de exámenes para el próximo año, como es el caso de la Junta de Andalucía, que ha adelantado la realización del examen a principios del mes de Febrero, lo que permitirá a los que superen el examen acceder al sector del transporte con cualquier vehículo por antiguo que sea.
Esta nueva convocatoria obligará a los aspirantes a formarse desde este mes de Diciembre, para lo que la Escuela del Transporte y la Logística ha programado unnuevo curso preparatorio, con una duración aproximada de 140 horas y en modalidad de Aula Virtual on line, para permitir mayor flexibilidad al alumno y evitar riesgos de contagios.
