En los últimos años, y sobre todo a raíz de la pandemia, el transporte de mercancías a clientes finales está adquiriendo un gran auge. Para garantizar un adecuado servicio, es fundamental la gestión, planificación, calidad y seguridad de esos desplazamientos.
La variedad de productos transportados es extensa, pero los modos de transporte también se han diversificado, utilizando camiones, furgonetas, turismos, bicicletas, patinetes o incluso a pie.
El crecimiento del e-commerce permite a los usuarios acceder a miles de productos, bienes y servicios de manera más inmediata, económica y eficaz, recibiendo directamente el producto en su vivienda.
Sin embargo, cada vez que utilizan una plataforma electrónica para adquirir un producto, están también solicitando el servicio de varios trabajadores, cuya labor implica una serie de riesgos y vulnerabilidades que deben reconocerse, entenderse y visibilizarse.
En este contexto, la Fundación para la Seguridad Vial, Fesvial, organiza junto a la Junta de Castilla y León, un webinar bajo el título ‘Los riesgos laborales en el transporte de mercancías y en el e-commerce. ¿Cómo mejorar la seguridad vial?‘
Los responsables de diferentes instituciones ofrecerán su visión sobre cómo se debe planificar y gestionar el transporte para que sea un servicio de calidad y que vele al mismo tiempo por la seguridad vial de los empleados.
