Apartir del 1 de enero de 2021 las empresas que realicen cabotaje o la parte de transporte por carretera de un transporte combinado en Dinamarca tendrán que acreditar que sus conductores reciben al menos 22,15 euros/hora en concepto de salario.
Las empresas de transporte que vayan a realizar operaciones de cabotaje o la parte de transporte por carretera en un transporte combinado, antes de la realización de cada viaje deben enviar los datos identificativos del mismo a la Autoridad Comercial Danesa a través de un registro on line en la sección de Transporte Extranjero en Dinamarca (UTIK). El conductor deberá presentar la documentación del registro a la policía o autoridad de tráfico si se lo solicitan.
La Autoridad de Tráfico de Dinamarca, en colaboración con la policía, realizarán inspecciones y controles en carretera para verificar que se cumplen los requisitos para el registro del transporte, antes de su realización, y del cumplimiento del salario mínimo, que tiene que ser al menos de 22,15 euros/hora (164,96 coronas danesas).
