La reciente decisión de la Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia de permitir que las empresas de VTC puedan realizar servicios de transporte de pequeña paquetería no ha sentado bien entre los transportistas autónomos.
Así pues, tras la respuesta de Competencia, la Asociación de Transportistas Autónomos, ATA, considera que su informe «avala una práctica que supone, un ataque frontal al sector en nuestra Comunidad».
Así mismo, la organización empresarial también alega que «en buena lógica, por ese mismo principio, las empresas de transporte, estarían capacitadas para realizar transporte de viajeros, algo que supondría, romper con todo el frágil equilibrio del sector».
La patronal considera que la decisión de la CNMC supone «una muestra más del desconocimiento y la escasa sensibilidad existente sobre nuestro entorno desde aquellas instituciones que pueden influir en nuestra actividad diaria».
Al mismo tiempo, ATA califica esta situación «como de acto de intrusismo profesional, con graves consecuencias económicas y profesionales en un futuro inmediato, abriendo una puerta más a la picaresca y el despropósito en las decisiones vinculadas al transporte dando un paso más en los procesos de precarización de la profesión«.
La semana pasada, Competencia decidió dar carta de naturaleza al servicio ‘Cabify Envíos’ en la Comunidad de Madrid sin autorización para transporte de mercancías con seguridad y dentro de la regulación sectorial.
